Really good Stay!
friendly staff relaxing spa beautiful gardens spacious reception
I found the staff to be friendly and quick to respond to requests. The spa was AMAZING!!! It provided a very relaxing experience. The hotel grounds showcased beautiful gardens. The spacious reception area and bar added to the overall experience.
The gym could use a slight refresh, specifically the thigh bolster on the lat machine. It kept sliding off when I was setting up the machine.

Our room was comfortable and clean. It was a wonderful large room, perfect for our family. The bed was comfy and the pillows provided were supportive. It was an executive double room.

The spa facilities included a nice pool and individual pods. These were very relaxing. The beautiful gardens provided a relaxing escape. There is a golf course nearby, it's a great feature.

The staff did an amazing job coping with large groups. They were attentive during dinner service. I appreciated their quick responses to any requests I had. They provided a very pleasant service.

perfect location good breakfast beautiful grounds
i found the location perfect, with a quick uber ride to the town center. using the spa was included and the breakfast was really good. the hotel is set in beautiful grounds, a great bonus.
i noticed the indoor jacuzzi was not working .

breakfast was very varied with continental and cooked breakfast options available, which helped get the day started right. dinner offers beautiful views , and i enjoyed the exquisite atmosphere. parking is free, always a welcome bonus.

my room was spacious with great beds. i appreciated the extra space in the executive king suite. the historical building adds a unique charm to the stay. the electric fans provided were very useful.

breakfasts offered a good selection and fresh options. the hotel has warm spaces, which i really appreciated . nearby walking routes suited dog walks perfectly. the staff was really helpful in.
The room showed some wear with slightly outdated bathroom fittings. it didn't significantly affect my overall comfort.

Our room included a comfortable bed and plenty of space for our family. a large tv offered entertainment, and we enjoyed easy access to hotel amenities. Housekeeping kept everything really tidy.

The spa had good equipment, and i found the gym well equipped for workouts. I really enjoyed the swimming pool. these features contributed positively to my stay. Every facility looked well maintained.

slow service inattentive staff
The location provides a fantastic view overlooking the golf course, a definite plus.
The hotel seemed understaffed. Service in the restaurant was slow. It took 45 minutes to get drinks and another 30 minutes for starters (i was really thirsty!). The staff could be more attentive and definitely smile more.
