Really good Stay!

I found the staff to be friendly and quick to respond to requests. The spa was AMAZING!!! It provided a very relaxing experience. The hotel grounds showcased beautiful gardens. The spacious reception area and bar added to the overall experience.

The gym could use a slight refresh, specifically the thigh bolster on the lat machine. It kept sliding off when I was setting up the machine.

Our room was comfortable and clean. It was a wonderful large room, perfect for our family. The bed was comfy and the pillows provided were supportive. It was an executive double room.

The spa facilities included a nice pool and individual pods. These were very relaxing. The beautiful gardens provided a relaxing escape. There is a golf course nearby, it's a great feature.

i found the location perfect, with a quick uber ride to the town center. using the spa was included and the breakfast was really good. the hotel is set in beautiful grounds, a great bonus.

i noticed the indoor jacuzzi was not working .

breakfasts offered a good selection and fresh options. the hotel has warm spaces, which i really appreciated . nearby walking routes suited dog walks perfectly. the staff was really helpful in.

The room showed some wear with slightly outdated bathroom fittings. it didn't significantly affect my overall comfort.

slow service inattentive staff

The location provides a fantastic view overlooking the golf course, a definite plus.

The hotel seemed understaffed. Service in the restaurant was slow. It took 45 minutes to get drinks and another 30 minutes for starters (i was really thirsty!). The staff could be more attentive and definitely smile more.
